Preparation

At this stage, we mostly ask questions and talk with the client about what they want. We want to get a super clear picture of what they want and need. Only then can we deliver a product that both parties are happy with.

Design

At this stage, if it’s a big project we always start with wireframing. This is the process where we design in grey, without using colours, images and styling options. Then we share this design with the client and when they agree, we continue with the visual design: this is where I will add details and make it come to life.

Development

When the design is done and our client is happy with the final design we go on with installing a CMS, all the plugins needed for the project and developing the website. We send clients preview links along the process. This makes it easy to get feedbacks and assures our clients that they get the things that they want.

Maintenance

After the website has been developed and the client is satisfied with the result, we conduct regular maintenance to keep the website running, up to date, produce a backup on monthly basis and generate a report for our client.
